Mark 16: 1-8
1 When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they could go and anoint Jesus' dead body. 2 Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they came to the tomb. 3 They were saying to each other, “ Who's going to roll the stone away from the entrance for us? ” 4 When they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away. (And it was a very large stone!) 5 Going into the tomb, they saw a young man in a white robe seated on the right side; and they were startled.

6 But he said to them, “ Don't be alarmed! You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified.u He has been raised. He isn't here. Look, here's the place where they laid him. 7 Go, tell his disciples, especially Peter, that he is going ahead of you into Galilee. You will see him there, just as he told you. ” 8 Overcome with terror and dread, they fled from the tomb. They said nothing to anyone, because they were afraid.

    Matthew 21: 1-11 CEB
When they approached Jerusalem and came to Bethphage on the Mount of Olives, Jesus gave two disciples a task. He said to them, “Go into the village over there. As soon as you enter, you will find a donkey tied up and a colt with it. Untie them and bring them to me. If anybody says anything to you, say that the Lord needs it.” He sent them off right away. Now this happened to fulfill what the prophet said, Say to Daughter Zion, “Look, your king is coming to you, humble and riding on a donkey, and on a colt the donkey's offspring.” The disciples went and did just as Jesus had ordered them. They brought the donkey and the colt and laid their clothes on them. Then he sat on them.
Now a large crowd spread their clothes on the road. Others cut palm branches off the trees and spread them on the road. The crowds in front of him and behind him shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessings on the one who comes in the name of the Lord! l Hosanna in the highest!” And when Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up. “Who is this?” they asked. The crowds answered, “It's the prophet Jesus from Nazareth in Galilee.”

    Matthew 27: 15-25 CEB
It was customary during the festival for the governor to release to the crowd one prisoner, whomever they might choose. At that time there was a well-known prisoner named Jesus Barabbas. When the crowd had come together, Pilate asked them, “Whom would you like me to release to you, Jesus Barabbas or Jesus who is called Christ?” He knew that the leaders of the people had handed him over because of jealousy. While he was serving as judge, his wife sent this message to him, “Leave that righteous man alone. I've suffered much today in a dream because of him.”
But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowds to ask for Barabbas and kill Jesus. The governor said, “Which of the two do you want me to release to you?” “Barabbas,” they replied.
Pilate said, “Then what should I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all said, “Crucify him!”
But he said, “Why? What wrong has he done?” They shouted even louder, “Crucify him!”
Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere and that a riot was starting. So he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. “I'm innocent of this man's blood,” he said. “It's your problem.”
All the people replied, “Let his blood be on us and on our children.” Then he released Barabbas to them. He had Jesus whipped, then handed him over to be crucified.

    Genesis 50: 15-21 CEB
When Joseph's brothers realized that their father was now dead, they said, “What if Joseph bears a grudge against us, and wants to pay us back seriously for all of the terrible things we did to him?”
So they approached Joseph and said, “Your father gave orders before he died, telling us,
‘This is what you should say to Joseph. “Please, forgive your brothers' sins and misdeeds, for they did terrible things to you. Now, please forgive the sins of the servants of your father's God.” ' ” Joseph wept when they spoke to him.
His brothers wept too, fell down in front of him, and said, “We're here as your slaves.”
But Joseph said to them, “ Don't be afraid. Am I God?
You planned something bad for me, but God produced something good from it, in order to save the lives of many people, just as he's doing today. Now, don't be afraid. I will take care of you and your children.”
So he put them at ease and spoke reassuringly to them.

    Colossians 3: 12-15 CEB
Therefore, as God's choice, holy and loved, put on compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.
Be tolerant with each other and, if someone has a complaint against anyone, forgive each other. As the Lord forgave you, so also forgive each other.
And over all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.
The peace of Christ must control your hearts—a peace into which you were called in one body. And be thankful people.

    Psalm 32: 1-5 CEB
The one whose wrongdoing is forgiven,
whose sin is covered over, is truly happy!
The one the LORD doesn't consider guilty—
in whose spirit there is no dishonesty—
    that one is truly happy!
    When I kept quiet, my bones wore out;
I was groaning all day long—
    every day, every night!—
because your hand was heavy upon me.
My energy was sapped as if in a summer drought. Selah
    So I admitted my sin to you;
    I didn't conceal my guilt.
“ I'll confess my sins to the LORD , ” is what I said.
Then you removed the guilt of my sin. Selah

    Deuteronomy 6: 1-9 CEB
Now these are the commandments, the regulations, and the case laws that the LORD your God commanded me to teach you to follow in the land you are entering to possess, so that you will fear the LORD your God by keeping all his regulations and his commandments that I am commanding you—both you and your sons and daughters—all the days of your life and so that you will lengthen your life. Listen to them, Israel! Follow them carefully so that things will go well for you and so that you will continue to multiply exactly as the LORD , your ancestors' God, promised you, in a land full of milk and honey.
Israel, listen! Our God is the LORD! Only the LORD!
Love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your being, and all your strength. These words that I am commanding you today must always be on your minds. Recite them to your children. Talk about them when you are sitting around your house and when you are out and about, when you are lying down and when you are getting up. Tie them on your hand as a sign. They should be on your forehead as a symbol. Write them on your house's doorframes and on your city's gates.

    Ephesians 2: 1-10 CEB
2 At one time you were like a dead person because of the things you did wrong and your offenses against God. 2 You used to act like most people in our world do. You followed the rule of a destructive spiritual power. This is the spirit of disobedience to God's will that is now at work in persons whose lives are characterized by disobedience. 3 At one time you were like those persons. All of you used to do whatever felt good and whatever you thought you wanted so that you were children headed for punishment just like everyone else.

4 - 5 However, God is rich in mercy. He brought us to life with Christ while we were dead as a result of those things that we did wrong. He did this because of the great love that he has for us. You are saved by God's grace! 6 And God raised us up and seated us in the heavens with Christ Jesus. 7 God did this to show future generations the greatness of his grace by the goodness that God has shown us in Christ Jesus.

8 You are saved by God's grace because of your faith.d This salvation is God's gift. It's not something you possessed. 9 It's not something you did that you can be proud of. 10 Instead, we are God's accomplishment, created in Christ Jesus to do good things. God planned for these good things to be the way that we live our lives.

    Galatians 3: 1-5
You irrational Galatians! Who put a spell on you? Jesus Christ was put on display as crucified before your eyes! I just want to know this from you: Did you receive the Spirit by doing the works of the Law or by believing what you heard? Are you so irrational? After you started with the Spirit, are you now finishing up with your own human effort? Did you experience so much for nothing? I wonder if it really was for nothing. So does the one providing you with the Spirit and working miracles among you do this by you doing the works of the Law or by you believing what you heard?
