Our Fitness Ministry program offers classes to help you strengthen your body and can be adapted for all ability levels or physical limitations. Join this healthy environment of positive people to uplift you.  
No membership required and no insults during your work out! 
First class is free – come try for yourself!
PILATES
Mondays & Thursdays Mornings 9:15-10:15AM Youth Center
Wednesday Evenings 6:45-7:45PM TLC 108 (free childcare!).
A series of exercises performed slowly to strengthen and tone the entire body. All ability levels welcome. Connecting breath to movement, you will achieve strength, flexibility and improved body alignment.
Bring a non-slip mat, and wear clothing you can move in.
 
TRIPLE FIT CARDIO

Cardio – Strength – Core
Tuesday & Thursday Evenings 5:45-6:30PM
GYM (May 9th – August 31st)
A full-body interval style workout that combines short periods (30 -60 seconds) of simple dynamic cardio moves (raising the heart rate) with muscle specific strengthening moves. No choreography to learn, modifications shown where needed. Blast the Fat!! Get Strong!! Wear supportive shoes and bring a water bottle.  

 

WALKING NO FEE!
Monday – Friday  8:30AM – 4:30PM 
Walkers are welcome in the building. Need a key fob to get in?

Please avoid the Preschool Entrance Area from 9:00-9:10am & 12:00-12:10pm
Monday-Thursday due to Preschool dismissal.
